Gym IQ is intended for adults aged 18 and older. Do not use Gym IQ if you are under 18. Contact support if you believe someone under 18 has supplied personal information. This audience rule does not mean age verification has already been implemented.
What To Include
Describe what you were trying to do, what happened, and your device and app version. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, payment card details, or unnecessary health information, private photos or signed documents. Hide private information in screenshots.
Account And Sign-In Help
Use the sign-in and recovery options shown in Gym IQ. Signing out does not delete your account. Email support if you need help with your account or a privacy request.
Privacy And Data Choices
Use the app settings to manage supported connected-health features, selected trainer sharing, optional private photo backup, and phone/email preferences. Disconnecting or withdrawing consent is different from deleting existing records. Server changes may remain pending while your device is offline.
Trainer Programs And Charges
Learning modules and basic workout logging are free. Gym IQ full access is $20 USD per month, including advanced tools, Bodybuilding, Powerlifting and coaching tools; there is no separate trainer-program checkout. Native subscriptions use RevenueCat and Apple App Store or Google Play billing. The purchase screen shows the store’s localized price and availability. Test purchases do not charge real money; live purchases require completed store setup. Subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled in the relevant store settings before renewal. Restore purchases from the same signed-in Gym IQ account and store account. Cancellation does not delete your saved records. Refund requests are handled by the store that charged you.
Fitness And AI Feedback
Gym IQ offers training guidance, not medical care. AI feedback can be incomplete or incorrect. Stop an activity that causes pain or feels unsafe and seek appropriate professional advice.
